Old Business

The semi-annual voter’s meeting to be held on May 20^th after second service will include election of officers. The list of candidates is as follows:

New Business

President, John Hargraves asked the PPC Board chairpersons to prepare a brief report to be presented to the congregation at the May 20^th Voter’s Meeting.

The proposed FY08 budget was distributed to the Council members for review. After several questions and clarification of certain line items, a motion was called for. It was moved and seconded that the proposed budget be presented as written to the voting assembly at the May 20^th Voters Meeting. After a brief period of discussion, a vote was called for. The motion passed by majority vote.

With no further new business, the meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm and closed with the Lord’s Prayer.
